Channel Manager for Joy Prime, Kwaku Owusu Peprah, welcomed contestants, parents, dignitaries, and supporters, before unveiling the ultimate challenge: a three course meal: starter, main, and dessert fit for a Queen Mother, all within 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The final four contestants, Monalisa (Hohoe), Bubune (Anglo), Nicole (Akyem Oda), and Serwaa (Oseikrom), embraced the challenge with confidence, blending family recipes and regional pride into their creations.

Serwaa delivered plantain fufu with dry fish and prekese-flavored soup, winning a perfect 10/10 from Chef Abby, who declared, “Bring me that fufu it’s extremely delicious!”

The atmosphere was as much about celebration as it was competition. Supporters took part in a lively dance contest, with Team Nicole emerging victorious. Afrobeat sensation Kurl Songs lit up the stage with his soulful performance, adding a musical spark to the culinary showdown.
