He explained that he’s chosen to handle everything through the courts, where he believes the truth and evidence will eventually come out.“I am fully aware of the concern, commentary, and attention this has generated,” he wrote. “Let me state, clearly and unequivocally, that the allegations made against me are false.”He also apologized to the people who have been unintentionally pulled into the drama. Frank expressed sadness that sponsors, brand partners, and professional associates—who have nothing to do with the issues—have had their names dragged into the spotlight.
He asked for understanding and forgiveness for any inconvenience or damage caused by the publicity.Most importantly, the veteran broadcaster pleaded for privacy, especially for his children. He described this as a very tough time for his family and asked the public to respect their space while the legal process runs its course.“This is an especially difficult period, most of all for my children, who neither chose this moment nor deserve to bear the weight of public intrusion,” he said. “I respectfully ask that their privacy be protected.”The couple’s separation became public earlier this month when Frank confirmed that his second marriage had ended.
