Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Kola, has opened up about his struggles with love, admitting that his romantic journey has been far from smooth.
Speaking during the BBNaija reunion, which premiered on Monday night, Kola shared his thoughts on love and heartbreak, describing his experiences as challenging but meaningful.
According to him, love has taught him some hard lessons, but he remains grateful for having experienced it at all.“Love has really dealt with me. The funny thing is that some people go through life without ever falling in love.
So whenever you find yourself in love, you should appreciate the experience because not everyone gets that opportunity,” he said.Kola became known during the reality show for openly expressing his feelings for fellow housemate Dede. However, his affection was never returned.
After the show ended, Dede made it clear that she would not have pursued a relationship with Kola, even if she had not been involved with someone outside the house. She explained that the Canada-based businessman did not fit her idea of an ideal partner.Despite the disappointment, Kola appears to have embraced the lessons that come with love, choosing to focus on the value of the experience rather than the heartbreak.
