Sharon Adeleke, entrepreneur and sister of Nigerian music star Davido, has encouraged celebrities and public figures to embrace outfit repetition without worrying about public opinion.
Speaking in a recent vlog, Sharon shared that she attended an event wearing an outfit she had worn before because she didn’t have a new one prepared.
Although members of her team advised against it, saying people had already seen the outfit, she decided to wear it anyway.
According to her, no one should feel pressured to constantly buy or make new clothes just to meet society’s expectations.She stressed that there’s nothing wrong with rewearing outfits and urged people, especially celebrities, to stop allowing unnecessary fashion pressure to influence their choices.Sharon also encouraged everyone to confidently wear their favorite clothes as many times as they like, reminding them that personal comfort and confidence matter more than public expectations.
