Nigerian content creator and actress Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, popularly known as Kiekie, has revealed why she chooses not to collaborate with certain skit makers in the entertainment industry.
Speaking during a recent podcast interview, Kiekie said she intentionally avoids working with creators whose content she considers overly vulgar or sexually suggestive, explaining that such collaborations do not align with the image she has built over the years.
She stressed that her decision is based on brand compatibility rather than personal dislike or disrespect for other creators.According to Kiekie, she appreciates the hard work and creativity of her colleagues but believes every entertainer must protect their brand and work with people whose content reflects similar values.
When asked to mention a specific person, she declined, saying she had no individual in mind. Instead, she pointed to creators whose content focuses heavily on revealing outfits or explicit themes, noting that while she has nothing against them, their style is simply not a good fit for her brand. She added that choosing not to collaborate with someone should not be seen as a sign of disrespect, but rather as a professional decision aimed at maintaining the type of image and partnerships she wants for her career.
