The 8th Edition of the Papyrus Global Local Government Chairmen and Mayors Award (PAGLOGMA) and Conference will convene distinguished local government leaders, policymakers, development partners, and private sector stakeholders in Abuja, Nigeria, in 2026.
The event will be held under the theme:
“Strengthening Local Governance for Resilient, Inclusive, and Sustainable African Communities.”
PAGLOGMA 2026 seeks to reinforce the critical role of local governments as the foundation of national development and continental transformation.
