Dreams FC have been rewarded for their stunning performance in the CAF Confederation Cup by being labelled as the 26th-best club in the CAF Club Rankings.
The Still Believe side secured the spot with 12 points, having reached the last four of the CAF inter-club competition in the 2023/2024 edition on their debut.
Dreams FC’s journey came to an end following a humbling 3-0 defeat to Egyptian heavyweights Zamalek, exiting 3-0 on aggregate despite securing a shock goalless draw in the first leg in Cairo.
However, the club made history by becoming the first Ghanaian team to reach the last four of the tournament since the inaugural edition 20 years ago.
The Premier League side are the only Ghanaian team in the top 50 of the overall rankings.
Meanwhile, Medeama SC have also earned recognition, securing 51st place in the updated rankings with 4 points.
The Mauve and Yellow had also qualified for the group stages of the CAF Champions League at the first time of asking, though they could not advance from the group to the knockout stages.

1983 Champions League winners Asante Kotoko and 2004 Confederation Cup champions Hearts of Oak – the two most glamorous clubs in Ghana – are not part of the list.
Egyptian giants Al Ahly, South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns, and Esperance de Tunis of Tunisia are the top three sides leading the pack.
