Ghana international Antoine Semenyo has signed a new long-term deal at Bournemouth.
The forward pens an extension which will see him stay at the Premier League side until June 2030.
The contract extension comes on the back of his impressive campaign last season for the Cherries which saw him score 11 goals and provide five assists in the Premier League.
Semenyo had been the subject of strong interest from Premier League clubs including Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Across all competitions, Semenyo enjoyed a standout 2024/25 season, netting 13 goals and seven assists as the club achieved a record points tally in the Premier League (56) and attainted its joint-highest finish (ninth).
Speaking on his new deal, Semenyo also commented: “I’ve grown so much at the club, both on and off the pitch, and I’m really happy to have signed ahead of returning for pre-season.
“From the fans to the staff and my teammates, I can’t speak highly enough of the people around the club. It’s a great place to be and I’m excited to get back to Bournemouth and continue the hard work with the new season just around the corner.”
A new deal at the Vitality Stadium cools down talks of a move away from the club this summer.
