The Lagos Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has re-arraigned social media influencer and self-proclaimed relationship therapist, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, over an alleged N69.1 million fraud case.
She was brought before Justice R.A. Oshodi at the Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, on a two-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and stealing.
According to the EFCC, the alleged offences involve a total sum of N69,150,000.At the start of proceedings, the prosecution counsel, C.C. Okezie, asked the court to proceed with the arraignment, stating that the defendant had already been served with the charges.
However, Blessing CEO’s lawyer, Nkama Nneka, argued that the charge had only just been served recently.Ruling on the matter, Justice Oshodi held that the arraignment should go ahead in line with legal procedures, after which the charges were formally read to the defendant.
This latest development comes months after she was first arraigned by the EFCC in May 2026 over an alleged N36 million fraud case.
The case is expected to continue as legal proceedings progress.
