Fresh claims have surfaced online following the reported death of Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo, as popular entertainment blogger Cutie Juls opened up about the actor’s alleged health battle before his passing.
According to the blogger, only a few people close to the actor were aware of his condition, including his wife and mother.
The post alleged that Alexx Ekubo had been privately battling kidney cancer and had reportedly signed a non-disclosure agreement with the hospital handling his treatment.
Cutie Juls further claimed that many members of the actor’s extended family were unaware of the illness and that the actor had been hospitalized since April.
The blogger also alleged that close associates of the late actor, including IK Ogbonna and Vintage, were only recently informed about his health condition.According to the claims, the actor later slipped into a coma while receiving treatment.
The post also stated that popular preacher Jerry Eze and some hospital staff were unaware of the exact nature of his illness.Meanwhile, tributes have continued pouring in from fans, colleagues, and celebrities mourning the actor’s reported passing. Many have taken to social media to share memories, prayers, and emotional messages celebrating his life and career.
In another emotional post making rounds online, a Nigerian man identified as Comr. Paraona Stanley recounted meeting Alexx Ekubo in 2020. He described the actor as humble, friendly, and deeply connected to cultural discussions during their encounter.
