Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has opened up about her ongoing conflict with social media activist VeryDarkMan, making serious allegations about what caused their fallout.
In a series of posts shared online, Phyna claimed VeryDarkMan turned the public against her after she rejected his alleged romantic and sexual advances.
The disagreement reportedly began in 2025 when Phyna contacted the influencer for help in seeking justice for her late younger sister, Ruth Otabor, who died after being hit by a truck linked to Dangote Cement in Edo State.
Following public attention on the case, Dangote Cement reportedly agreed to take responsibility for the victim’s medical expenses.
However, things later went sour after VeryDarkMan publicly stepped away from the case, accusing Phyna of secretly negotiating with the company behind his back.
Phyna denied the allegation and said she was shocked by the claims made against her. According to her, she never demanded money from the company as alleged, adding that she felt betrayed by someone she once respected deeply.
The reality star also alleged that the influencer may have developed resentment toward her after she refused his advances.
She shared what she described as chat evidence online and stated that she could never forgive him for how the situation unfolded during such a painful period in her life.
The controversy has since sparked heated reactions online, with fans divided over the claims and counterclaims between both personalities.
