The Yoruba movie industry is mourning another painful loss following the death of veteran actor Fesogboye Oyewole.
News of his passing first spread after fellow actor Mr Latin announced it online, leaving fans and colleagues in shock.According to a statement released by his family, Fesogboye Oyewole passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026.
Although the family did not reveal the cause of death, they expressed gratitude for his life and prayed for mercy and eternal rest for him.Described as a loving father, grandfather, husband, brother, and uncle, the late actor was remembered for the impact he made both within his family and the entertainment industry.
The family also announced that burial arrangements took place in Ibadan at his residence in Oke Orogbo, Lalupon.
