Organisers of the Big Brother Naija reality show have warned Nigerians to ignore any message asking people to pay money for auditions.According to the organisers, BBNaija auditions are completely free for all eligible applicants, and no payment is required at any stage of the process.
They also advised intending contestants to rely only on official Africa Magic and Big Brother Naija platforms for authentic updates and information about the show.
In the statement shared online, the organisers explained that any communication demanding payment for auditions is fake and should not be trusted.
They added that the audition process is designed to be free, fair, and accessible to everyone.The warning comes as preparations for Season 11 continue.
Online registration for the new season opened on May 16 and will end on May 20, 2026. Organisers also noted that available slots are limited and registration may close once capacity is reached.Physical auditions are scheduled to hold from May 22 to May 24 in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.Fans and applicants were also encouraged to stay alert and avoid falling victim to misinformation and online scammers.
