The award-winning filmmaker criticised some bloggers for sharing old prophecy clips and linking them to the actress’s passing, describing the trend as insensitive and unnecessary.

In a strongly worded post, Pascal Amanfo called out bloggers for chasing attention instead of showing compassion during such a painful moment.“To all the bloggers in Ghana who have started posting videos of prophecies, can you stop this fame craving and be human for once? Stop the nonsense!” he wrote.
His reaction came after a video of a Ghanaian preacher allegedly speaking about the death of an actress resurfaced online shortly after Beverly Afaglo’s passing.
Aside from expressing frustration, Pascal Amanfo also paid an emotional tribute to the late actress, admitting that her death left him heartbroken and full of unanswered questions about life.
He praised Beverly for her kindness, talent and contribution to the movie industry, saying her loss hurts deeply.
Beverly Afaglo’s death has continued to spark emotional reactions across social media, with fans, actors and industry colleagues mourning the talented actress and celebrating the impact she made during her lifetime.
