Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has publicly accused Chocolate City of attempting to disrupt his European tour through a police petition, claiming the record label has repeatedly tried to have him arrested over the past year.
The rapper made the allegations in a series of posts on X, where he claimed the latest move was aimed at preventing him from embarking on his European tour. According to him, similar attempts were allegedly made before his previous tour in the United States.
Odumodublvck further alleged that this was not the first time such actions had been taken against him, claiming the latest petition was part of a long-running effort to target him.
He suggested the conflict stemmed from his decision to speak out against an individual he described as a sexual abuser allegedly linked to the label.
The rapper also raised concerns about the police petition, claiming it lacked verifiable contact details. He questioned the legitimacy of the document and expressed fears about his safety, alleging that the process appeared suspicious.Despite the controversy, Odumodublvck stated that the attempt to stop his trip was unsuccessful, noting that he had already commenced his European tour.
The latest accusations add another layer to the ongoing dispute between the rapper and Chocolate City, a conflict that has been making headlines since late 2025.
The feud intensified following a series of public exchanges between Odumodublvck and rapper Blaqbonez, who is affiliated with the label.
The disagreement later escalated beyond social media, with allegations of a backstage altercation at a Lagos concert in December 2025. The incident reportedly led to petitions and investigations involving law enforcement authorities.In addition, Odumodublvck previously faced legal proceedings in Abuja following allegations of criminal intimidation linked to threatening messages shared online. Separate assault-related proceedings were also reportedly ongoing around the same period.
Throughout the controversy, Odumodublvck has maintained that he is being unfairly portrayed as violent and insists that efforts are being made to damage his reputation.
As of the time of his latest claims, Chocolate City had not publicly addressed the allegations.
