Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has publicly apologized to fellow singer Seyi Vibez following their recent social media clash.

The tension between both artists reportedly started after Seyi Vibez accused Zlatan of mocking his Fuji Moto project through some ad-libs used on Adekunle Gold’s song, Life of the Party.

Feeling offended, Seyi Vibez fired back online, allegedly calling Zlatan a “backup artiste” while also throwing shade at his fashion brand.

However, Zlatan has now moved to clear the air, insisting the whole issue was a misunderstanding and not an intentional diss.

Taking to his social media page, the rapper expressed disappointment that Seyi Vibez believed he would disrespect him.

“It actually hurts that my brother thinks I would diss him in anyway. It’s literally a misunderstanding,” Zlatan wrote. He went on to extend an olive branch to the singer, adding, “@seyi_vibez it’s all love bro, when you’re ready to talk it out I’m here!! 4L ABURO MI.”

As of the time of this report, Seyi Vibez has not publicly responded to Zlatan’s apology.

Fans have since reacted online, with many hoping both artists settle their differences and move past the misunderstanding peacefully.
