Don Jazzy has shared a personal story about how repeated rejection from girls during his secondary school years affected his confidence and self-esteem.
The celebrated music producer and Mavin Records boss revealed that he struggled with feelings of inadequacy as a teenager because many of the girls he admired turned him down.
According to him, those experiences left a lasting emotional impact that followed him into adulthood.Reflecting on that period of his life, Don Jazzy admitted he did not consider himself attractive while growing up and often faced rejection whenever he tried to pursue a relationship.
After achieving success in the music industry, he decided to reconnect with some of the girls who had rejected him years earlier.
The move, he explained, was not driven by revenge but by a desire to find closure and overcome the emotional scars of his past.However, when he eventually tracked them down, he discovered that most of them were already married.Don Jazzy said seeing his former schoolmates again and realizing how far he had come in life helped him heal from those painful memories. The experience allowed him to move on from the insecurities that once troubled him and appreciate his personal growth and achievements.
